Earnest Jeyaraja
Lead Pastor
Earnest Jeyaraja, founder and pastor of Global Harvest Outreach, was born and raised in India. At the age of 17, Earnest left India to pursue an education in the United States. He graduated from Bethany College of Missions in Bloomington, Minnesota in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in cross-cultural studies and is currently pursuing a master's degree in global and contextual studies at Bethel University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He also worked with the faith-based drug rehabilitation program, Minnesota Teen Challenge, for three years as an administrative assistant for the program director and is the founder and CEO of the international ministry Transformation Today, improving medical care and education in Southeast Asia and India.

Andrea Jeyaraja
Children's Ministry & Women's Ministry Coordinator
Andrea Jeyaraja, wife of Pastor Earnest, grew up in the Midwest United States. Alongside studying, she spent a year volunteering with Mercy Ships on the ship M/V Anastasis, ministering in South Africa, Liberia and Ghana (West Africa). In 2006 she returned to Minnesota to finish her bachelor's degree in biblical studies and leadership development, joining the Global Harvest Outreach team in October 2006. Pastor Earnest and Andrea have been blessed with two sons,Asir and Aviv. |
Samuel C Balachandran
International Ministry Director/Discipleship Pastor
Samuel Chandran was raised in Chennai, India. Having Completed his masters in philosophy ,he is currently pursuing his PhD. He worked with Compassion International and has immense experience in ministering among children and youth. He has a great passion to serve God and teach his word. Samuel joined us in the year 2008 and continues to serve as the International Ministry Director/Discipleship Pastor. He is married to Jerusha and they live at Bloomington, Minnesota. |
